Q. Will you deliver equipment to my hotel in Lambi?
A. We deliver across the whole of Kos Island including Kos Town, Psalidi, Lambi, Tigaki, Marmari, Zia, Pyli, Mastihari, Antimachia, Kardamena and Kefalos
Q. Will the mobility scooter be charged when you deliver it to my hotel?
A. The mobility scooters will be fully charged, cleaned and tested prior to each delivery
Q. Can I choose a gold colour mobility scooter like Madge from the TV programme Benidorm?
A. Sadly our Mobility Scooters are only available in blue or silver, depending on the model you choose!
Q. How do I charge the mobility scooter battery?
A. The battery and charger can be removed easily from the mobility scooter which allows the battery to be charged on or off the unit.
Q. Can I extend my hire period once I'm on holiday?
A. Please ask and subject to availability we'll do our best to accommodate your request
Q. Can I take any of the equipment on a trip to Nisyros, Kalymnos or another island?
A. We're happy for you to take any of the walking aids such as a manual wheelchair but unfortunately we can't allow the mobility scooters off the island as we're unable to offer recovery or assistance in the unlikely event of any problems
Q. What if my scooter runs out of charge?
A. If you're unable to charge the unit where you are we can bring you a fully charged battery unit but this would be subject to an emergency call out fee and our availability
Q. What if I have to cancel my holiday?
A. We kindly advise clients that they are responsible for obtaining adequate holiday insurance as cancellation of bookings confirmed by us are subject to cancellation fees
Q. Do you offer user insurance?
A. We currently don't offer insurance for our mobility scooters, if your holiday insurance doesn't cover the hire and use of a mobility scooter it may be worth checking your home or car insurance. Alternatively there are companies in the UK that offer insurance such as http://www.bluebadgemobilityinsurance.co.uk or http://www.mobilitycompare.co.uk. We have no connection to these companies and can only recommend you get in touch with them to discuss this.
